Sales Manager - Corporate Gifting ( Audio Products ) @ Gurgaon, IndiaOur client is one of the fastest growing Consumer Electronics Organizations in India. They own 2 International audio brands and one home grown brand. Its a young and professionally managed organization with all major e-commerce and retail channels as their key customers. They need to fill the following position asap.Position : Sales Manager - Corporate Gifting ( Audio Products )Location : GurgaonEducation : UG/ MBA - Sales & Marketing Experience : 8-12 years of experience in corporate sales Compensation : Commensurate with education and experienceRole Responsibilities and Desired Profile :1. Our client is looking for a dedicated resource with nearly 8-12 years of experience of corporate sales which include sales directly to corporate and through various corporate gifting partners based out of Delhi region.- They are looking for a dedicated resource who can effectively handle Corporate sales for North region and who with his industry understanding and experience will grow this vertical aggressively. Candidate will own this vertical independently reporting to Director- Sales.- Should be capable of understanding & owning the P & L of his/her vertical. Reach out to the corporates directly, using his/her relations to ensure companys brand products are part of their bundling/channel schemes/gifting etc.2. Candidate will work closely with internal Sales planning & finance team for inventory management and stock allocation.- Understand the seasonality and sales trend to be able to project the sales and revenue on regular basis.- Needs to act as an Interface between the account and the organization and will be responsible for all activities that form a part of building a relationship with the accounts.- Increase Sales margin and optimize fixed cost of the market. Generate sales from institutional/corporate clients and recovery of payments.- Drive direct sales in corporates by organizing roadshows and product showcase which will help corporate get hands on experience of the products.- Target Loyalty organizations like BI World/ Accentive etc. to ensure they recommend companys products to their credit/ debit card clients so that their customers can claim them against royalty points.- Deal with various consumer Electronics retail chains which periodically run bundling options to drive their sale.3. Should have excellent Oral & Written Communication Skills.- Experience of handling corporate sale is must.- Chosen person can be based in Delhi NCR but should be mobile to travel across if required.- Should have a Regular Graduation/Post Graduation. MBA in Marketing/Sales will be preferred.- Should have 8-12 years of experience in corporate sales. Self-starter who can run the show independently,
