Job Description

    DescriptionPosition: Senior AccountantExperience: Minimum 8-10 yearsJob Location: GurgaonDesired Candidate Skills:
    • Candidate should have background in furniture and Furniture hardware companies.
    • Should have knowledge of tenders.
    • Experience in Warehouse and Factory and Dispatch
    Responsibilities:
    • Online Banking - Monitoring and executing all the receipts and payments respectively through RTGS, NEFT, IMPS
    • Responsible for accurate and timely online submission of TDS, VAT, Custom Duties , Service Tax, Corporate Taxes.
    • Monitoring and executing foreign receivables and payables, against imports, by coordinating with the foreign customers and principals over the emails.
    • Ensuring proper entries of imports into the accounting software and documentation.
    • Planning and executing monthly / quarterly / annual closure schedules; providing monthly financial statements and administering the closing process.
    • Skilled in handling audit assignments; coordinating for queries raised by auditors and successfully completing audits within agreed timeframes.
    • Checking of Transporters Invoices & Payment
    • Knowledge of payment through Telegraphic Transfer
    • Handling office petty cash for daily Transaction
    • Handling Purchase & Sales Accounting
    • Reconciliation of Daily sales Report
    • Reconciliation of Debtor & Creditors.
    • Preparation of MIS
    • Prepare staff salary
    Salary Offerings: Upto 3.5 Lacs p.a.Gender Preference: Male Only,
