Job Description

    Primary Responsibilities:
    • Develops and maintains strong partnerships with marketing operations, IT and vendors to ensure coordinated implementation and deployments
    • Partner closely with peers and leaders to support implementation of major business initiatives across the company
    • Understand best practice marketing processes and align technology solutions to optimize those processes across the business
    • Help select and provide comparisons for marketing technology solutions (at times to support core system integrations)
    • Ensure Marketing products meet security and legal requirements
    • Lead proof of concept efforts to quickly test and validate new solutions in marketing
    • Keep current with the latest technologies and advise on their implications for the organization
    • Interacts with technology to ensure the successful implementation of business intent
    • Analyzes new business requirements, determines current performance, and builds and manages detailed project plans to implement improvements and/or corrective actions
    • Understand GDPR and other applicable regulations and maintain sanity of prospects data
    • Take ownership of prioritized accounts prioritized audiences and implement segmentation rules
    • Partner closely with Data Spoc and Data steward to plan and execute new data build requirements
    • Making sure right data goes into the campaigns basis on priority
    • Strategic process improvements (making sure lead journey, lifecycle, touchpoints and delivery rates are continuously improved)
    • E2E optimization of data flow and data usage
    Qualifications we seek in you Minimum Qualification
    • Degree in Computer Science, Marketing, or related field or equivalent experience (preferably degree in both computer science and marketing)
    • Experience with implementing Marketo and a multi-channel marketing automation stack
    • Experience in integrating marketing technology with enterprise applications
    • System configuration and administration experience
    Preferred Qualification
    • Deadline-driven, with the ability to self-manage multiple projects and deadlines
    • Exceptional organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
    • Ability to use creative thinking to identify and solve problems
    • Excellent interpersonal skills, including the ability to communicate effectively between different disciplines (development, creative, marketing, admissions, etc.) and personality types
