Preferences: Experience with Sail Point, CyberArk, Saviynt Project and other Identity and Access Management technologies Should be responsible for managing IAM Project - create Project Plan for implementation, Managing Development Team for both Sail Point and Service Now Coordinate efforts across teams between IAM requirements and business teams, architecture team, build team to ensure timely project delivery. Need to work on PST time zone Manage multiple Stakeholder Coordination, RACI, Detailed Knowledge Transition including Architecture Review, Servers, IAM software components and IAM integrations and dependency Make sure the project plan is tracked and any cost variations/raise CRs for new enhancements not in SoW etc. Prepare Weekly Status reports as per client requirements Lead Transition shadow support, lead support, finalize SLA/SLO/KPI and support Steady State support SOW closer Should lead all tracks of IAM project starting with analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, Planning, Daily meetings, Status Reviews and Status Reporting Manage IAM team shift matrix, support resources shift management Manage IAM system operational (Level 2) and Enhancement (Level 3) daily tasks.K K Constructions
