The incumbent will lead the performance marketing team of marketing associates and designer(s).Responsibilities :1) Performance Marketing :- Lead a team that runs performance marketing campaigns on Google, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter across 5 different geographies- Create and optimize performance marketing campaigns- Run A/B tests to fine-tune communication and targeting- Analyse performance and maintain performance dashboards2) Landing Pages and Conversion Funnel :- Design and A/B test landing pages- Work closely with the product teams to optimize the conversion funnel across web and apps- Create drip marketing flows and communication to improve conversion3) Data analytics and campaign optimization- Create analytics funnel to help analyse costs and optimize campaigns 4) New Channels and Partnerships :- Unlock new growth channels and growth hacks in accordance with different growth stages of the company5) Affiliate Marketing :- Enter into new affiliate partnerships for local geographies to deliver growthWhat Are We Looking For - Must have 10+ years of experience in online growth for a high growth consumer tech startup- Experience in running international growth campaigns is highly desirable- A highly analytical and brand mindset- B.Tech or MBA from a Tier-1 institute would be highly desirable- Living in or Relocatable to Gurgaon What are the behavioral attributes that we are looking for - A keen desire to build products for a fast-growing Series B funded startup- An apparent Founders mindset i.e. A mindset where the person can own up the analytics function and shape it independently like a Founder,
