  • Project Role Description :Work with the Service Delivery Manager to perform capacity management, billing/show back operations, and cost optimization activities across multiple cloud environments.

  • Job Requirements :
    • Key Responsibilities : A Provide L2/L3 level support on Windows and VMware servers hosted on VMware B Installation and hardening of Windows Servers/ESXi servers C Good knowledge on Active directory, Group policies etc D Experience in Patching, fixing vulnerabilities E Should have a good knowledge about the Virtual Machines F Good Knowledge of troubleshooting skills in a support environment, log files monitoring/analysis, and health check G Good Knowledge on Account creation, File share permission etc
    • Technical Experience : A: L2/L3 level experience in operating system level troubleshooting, resolving system boot issues, Kernel bugs and server log analysis B: Good level of experience in administering and managing Virtual center for global clients Exposure to Incident, Change, Problem management C: Expert level experience in operating system Patching and vulnerability remediations D:Experience in Windows System hardening and Non-Compliance remediation E: Having good exposure on Windows clustering knowledge
    • Professional Attributes : A: Good Verbal and written communication skills to connect with clients at varying levels of the organization B: Ability to operate independently and make decisions with direct supervision
