    Job Description Telesales ExecutiveResponsibilities: Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner Follow communication scripts when handling different topics Identify customers needs, clarify information, research every issue andprovide solutions and/or alternatives Seize opportunities to sell products and services when they arise Keep records of all followups in your database in a comprehensible way Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets Previous experience in a telesales roleRequirements and skills: Basic knowledge of Ecommerce platforms. Previous experience in a telesales role.
