Job Description

    We are looking for a Product Manager to join our growing team!As the product manager for VDO.AI Mobile App Exchange, you will own and deliver the product roadmap to power the future of the VDO.AI. In this role, you will need to work with multiple stakeholders and connect the dots by using existing Demand integrations as the delivery vehicle for our mobile app publishers and advertisers alike. Furthermore, you will build the first generation of the VDO.AI SDK for a consent agnostic future by leveraging the power of client-side solutions.Responsibilities:- Bridge the gap between business goals and consumer problems; define and own the short term and long-term product roadmaps in line with the goals set by business and impact each OKR- Document all the business and product requirements based on inputs from all key stakeholders; define the product acceptance testing criteria; work closely with engineering, design, data sciences and QA teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure timely delivery- Think as an end user and translate complicated product ideas into simple wireframes and flows to deliver world class user experience- Engage with customers & partner with internal stakeholders (Marketing, Operations, Business, Communication, Growth) to prioritize, drive and implement the product changes- Conduct A/B testing, multivariate experiments to constantly validate hypothesis and decide best strategy to enhance product. Identify key success metrics for the product, its features and measure the metrics post launch; constantly look for opportunities to optimize the product/feature performance- Liaison with tech leads to drive the timelines for product developmentRequirements:- BE/ BTech degree in a relevant discipline, or equivalent experience. An MBA degree is a plus- 2+ yrs of product management experience with exposure to mobile applications and their development cycle, ad-tech industry exposure would be preferred- Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, analytical mind-set, technical aptitude, with a deep understanding of the digital display marketplace- Excellent business acumen, problem solving and project management skills- Effective analytical skills with the ability to see granular as well as big picture issues- Ability to achieve strategic business goals and identify business or tactical opportunitiesAbout Us :Z1 Media (Great Place to Work-Certified- ) is a technology first company which strives to innovate digital advertising and marketing to streamline automation in favor of humankind.
