Job Description

    Territory sales Manager / Incharge TSM/ Sr. TSI/TSI1 To ensure working with KASTA policy framework , ethics & values2 To conduct the assigned market mapping activities as per the project charter/KRA( As defined for BP & Agri)3 To conduct daily review of MT for the alloted work and target setting for next day4 To meet with sub-dealers on regular interval for booking / stocking purpose5 To follow up on enquiries generated by MTs6 To provide daily / weekly reports to ASM in the desired formats7 To conduct canopy/Mini/Mega/Road show etc meets at sub-dealer/Distributor location as defined in KRA8 To conduct & Ensure ATL / BTL activities9 To conduct focus village visits and give product demos as per the targets given10 To conduct the demo van activity in the assigned locations11 To prepare for Large farmer / Plumber meet /Mechanic meet etc as per the plan.12 To visit trading markets as per route plan & identify the borers for conversion13 To attach the borers/ borer association to respective dealers/ sub dealers in the trading market of Colomn & Casing 123 Purpose The TSM is expected to generate revenue from an assigned territory location by implementing and executing strategies to achieve sales targets.
