Graduate / Diploma in Animation / Multimedia Certifications Essential Tools and Technologies: Maya, 3Ds Max, Adobe Photoshop, after effects, Illustrator, Flash, Toon Boom is a plus. Desired Profile: 1. Good in concept understanding and communication. 2. Passion in Creativity, Visualization and ability to work on schedules. 3. Create high standard animation to meet specific commercial or promotional needs. 4. Use a variety of mediums to achieve artistic or decorative effects. 5. Analyse animation projects and developed storyboards accordingly. Develop material and object libraries. 6. Ensure compliance to all animation processes and standards. Editing video and audio soundtracks. 7. A creative and trained eye to produce quality animations. 8. Understanding in the basic principles of animation stretch, squeeze, movements. Works on cell animation is a plus. 9. Good in Free hand sketching / Story board Creations / Digital work. 10. Capability to multi- task and a good team- player . 11. Being able to work independently under minimal supervision. 12. Candidate should be passionate about Learning and Changing for the Good. 13. Candidate should be self starter and should have a commitment towards work and customer service. 14. Understanding of optimization techniques. 15. Strong work ethic with good time management with ability to work with diverse teams. 16. Strong interpersonal communication and customer service skills capable of communicate ideas easily. 17. Should be able to Work under Pressure Meet Project Deadlines. 18. Ensure compliance with client guidelines and best practices. 19.
