    • They are responsible for Requirements Management, Design, Change Management and Implementation.
    • They will need to have the ability to work closely with and build good relationships with all delivery partners and with Global Functions.
    • As a business analyst, you will get a chance to play various roles by engaging in multiple initiatives simultaneously.
    • They are responsible for establishing relationships with key project stakeholders.
    DESIRED CANDIDATE PROFILE :DESIGNATION: BUSINESS ANALYST
    • Strong Business analysis, requirements gathering and design skills.
    • Change and implementation management techniques and approaches.
    • Experience in delivering significant change and collaborating with stakeholders in different locations.
    • Experience in agile ways of working/tooling.
    • Experience in agile ways of working/tooling.
    • Knowledge of retail banking / insurance products and services.
    • Working knowledge of Confluence and Jira.
    • Business Analysis / Agile certifications (Agile BA, CBAP, CSPO) are an advantage.
