Job Description

    The Chief Engineer functions as a strategic business leader of a hotels maintenance operations. The position is required to ensure the maintenance of building, machinery, plant, furniture, fixture and equipment in all the departments of the hotel and meet the brand s standards, target customer needs, ensure associate satisfaction, focus on growing revenues, maximize the financial performance of the department and oversee the development & implementation of the departmental strategies., Ensure overall accountability & responsibility for Maintenance and upkeep of the property, Machinery and equipment of all the departments in the hotel. Coordinate with Executive and shift engineers to facilitate smooth operations.
