Job Description

    Required:
    • 4+ years of experience configuring and implementing SuccessFactors to include experience in one or more of the following areas:
      • Understanding/experience with SSO (single sign-on) solutions
      • Implementing service-oriented architecture (SOA)
      • Enterprise application integration (EAI)
      • Integrating SAP HR and SuccessFactors with internal/external systems
      • Understanding of data transfer implications
      • Understanding of data stores
      • Deep understanding and hands on implementation experience onSuccessFactorsEmployee Central module
      • Experience with Employee Central as an HRIS including features and functions from both an end-user and implementation viewpoint and how it is used as a system of record
      • Experience on EC functionalities like Global assignment, International transfer,
      • position management etc. are necessary
    Preferred:
    • Minimum of 2 Full Life-cycle implementations of SAP SuccessFactors, from planning to configuration through go-live
    • Certification in SuccessFactors Employee Central module
    • Knowledge of agile software development process
    • Bachelors degree strongly preferred
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with an ability to express complex business concepts in non-technical terms.
    • Customer focused and be able to effectively communicate with a variety of groups
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
    • Strong analytical, problem solving, multi-tasking and interpersonal skills are required.
