Job Description

Customer Engagement and Success Leader Qualification A graduate with 10-12 years of technical IT project/program management experience Responsibilities Work closely with customer and ensure that the contract is carried out with dedication to create positive experience | Work with IT Development and Operations teams to ensure that the work is planned, scheduled and tracked transparently on daily basis | Work with sales, hr and operations teams to ensure resources are assigned and billed correctly | Work with various departments and tools to ensure that best security is provided for customer operations | Work with management and customer on performance metrics and ensure that the metrics is data is always available | Work with common technical teams to automate various processes and data collection | Work with quality team to ensure quality deliveries to the customer | Work with support team to ensure customer tickets are closed with better on-time performance | Work with billing and accounts teams to ensure that customer bills presented and payments are made by customers on-time | Work with all teams in reconciliation of data Essential Skills Ability to work with software systems, CI/CD tools and project management tools | Ability to plan the engagement model for customer based on various parameters | Ability to understand the contract and define practical process to ensure the contract terms are met | Ability to lead and manage technical teams | Ability to solve complex problems | Ability to work with multiple projects at a time | Ability to communicate effectively with customers and teams | Ability to handle required compliance | Ability to deliver quality work on-time Good to have Skills Knowledge on latest technologies | Hands-on experience in development and DevOps tools | Define technical architectures | Experience in AI/ML, Data Analytics and Cloud technologies Interpersonal Skills Passion for Work | Writing and Documentation skills | Leadership Skills | Process oriented | Positive Attitude | Happy Disposition,
