That is also the number of people you may impact as our new internal consultant Your responsibilities include but not are limited to: Lead an operational team to contribute to the planning and execution of country specific service adoption plans including a report production planning, process adoption, quality reviews, communications and reporting readiness Develop specialist knowledge on all reportable spend data and work with compliance, business and divisional leads to provide support to the delivery team and stakeholders Contribute to the design and implementation of global processes and practices and resolve any gaps with existing or new / improved business processes including working with the Novartis transparency teams to improve the end-to-end process. Develop specialist knowledge on Global Transparency Services processes, technology and other practices. Develop operational improvement plans to make the process more efficient for Novartis.Build productive working relationships with main stakeholders sharing insights or lessons learned .Provides guidance, quality control and guidance in methodologies, processes and SOPs to enable results for the delivery team Define and improve processes and help his/her team to assist local country affiliates/stakeholders to translate and implement these processes and practices.Provide required status reporting to ERC leaders, Legal & Compliance Solutions LT and monitor and track key risks and issues relating to Transparency program. Work with other teams (cross functional teams) at Legal & Compliance Solutions Hyderabad to leverage the cross-functional and people management alliances. As necessary, ensure that the impact of organizational and process changes are understood and addressed through communications, training and business readiness plans through close alignment with practice training lead/ team leads Lead initiatives with the business and compliance functions to implement solutions with data and insights to support Novartis manage risks in the organization. Overall relevant work experience of 7+ years Project / Program Manager or Business / IT consulting at senior level Multi-national organization or consultancy firm Prior people management experience Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
