Implementation and follow of EHS Processes Maintain Zero lost time and fatality. All elevators are Compliance of WWJSS Requirement. Implementation and follow of Service Processes Responsible for preventive maintenance carried out as per the plan and Reduction of the callouts (CPUA) Conduct Reporting of Sub Ordinates in the morning Surprise visits to sites where s are working OJT to to upgrade their technical knowledge. NIS Inspection Annual Equipment Survey of all service units and pink copy returns Maintain Highest Audit rating of OFAR and SUSA in Area. 100% Audit copy returns To reduce shut down time byo Chalking out clear repair plan Organizing adequate stock of spares Reduce the PUN Units byo Performing call backs analysis on a weekly basis for Elevators in Servicing Chalking out action plans Provide Support for timely AMC, Conversion Renewal of existing units. Provide support and Health check up for Recovery and acquisition of Elevators. Prevent Losses of Existing Elevators. Generation of lsquoTrsquo orders and completion of lsquoTrsquo order within one month max. Co-ordination with H.O for spares for Branch / Area material requirements. Coordination with factory for material to solve the field complaints Implement effective cost control measures ,
