Job Description

Role: GRC Executive 2 Type of Employment : Permanent Hyderabad - Gachibowli/ Uppal Required Qualifications B.Tech or B.Sc (Stats) Work Shift General Shifts Experience in terms of number of years 4 to 6 years

Role & Responsibilities

  • Exposure to CMMI 1.3/2.0 for Services (SVC) and CMMI for Development (DEV) implementation is necessary. Design, development, and deployment of Predictive models (PPMs), and frameworks.
  • Should have worked in a CMMI Maturity Level 3 or Maturity Level 4 organization as part of quality team as part of SEPG team for large or mid- size IT organization as part of Software/ Systems Engineering Process Group of an organization.
  • Deriving organizational and project specific PPBs (Process Performance Baselines) and purpose of Process and Product Quality Assurance (PPQA).
  • Preferably participated as an Appraisal Team Member (ATM) in a CMMI audit/ appraisal.
  • Perform Data Collection & Metrics analysis. Execute a data-driven, statistical approach to problem-solving, including gathering, analysing and reporting data. Comprehensive understanding of data patterns, correlations, regression analysis etc
  • Implementation and Facilitation of Quality processes, Internal Quality Audit processes for both ISO 9001 and ISO 20000. Manage Internal Quality Audit program (training of auditors, audit planning, execution, closure). Should have participated as auditor in IQA against model ISO 9001:2015.
  • Work with project teams in understanding the project, defining processes & guide team in making project documentation. In depth knowledge of SDLC methodologies (agile, waterfall, overlap, spiral, etc.). Track progress across various projects which will be at different stages in execution/life cycle & provide status to management.
  • Should have good communication, interpersonal skills, good Team Player & Analytical skills
  • Knowledge of CMMI model & framework
  • Should have knowledge of performance measurement, service management
  • Self-driven, willing to go the extra mile
  • Should be good at RCA technique
Key Skills
  • Tools like statistical process control (SPC), Crystal ball, Minitab, Process modelling, VBA, Advanced MS Excel required and familiarity with hands on consulting using these tools.
  • ISO 9001:2015 (Quality Management System) Internal auditor/ Lead auditor/ Implementer Certification
  • ITIL certification
