Job Description

    Head Of Analytics POSITION SUMMARY:This position will closely work with the leadership team on exploring new analytical initiatives to maximize revenue, reduce losses and improve operational efficiency. This will require data collection to identify patterns and build models for new Strategic initiatives, Industry benchmarking, Implementing revenue diversification models. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Obtain a quick grasp over Business Drivers / Parameters and Data Structure- Have high proficiency is comprehending business needs/requirements and scope out analytical solutions- Able to conceive and visualize the Analytical Solution and Output conducive for the end stakeholders- Drive efficiencies in how analytical services are delivered, through automation and standardization of analytical delivery- Drive business efficiency through robust Portfolio/Strategic Analysis- Be adept with various statistical and machine learning techniques and tools- Ability to partner up and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency- Manage delivery and mentor high performance analytical team to bring them up the learning curve. - Ensure sufficient resourcing and cater to the training needs of individual team members. Qualifications and Skills : - MBA from reputed college - 10+ years in Analytics/ML domain (5+ Years in managerial role) of Bank / NBFC / MFI Skills & Experience : - Strong interpersonal skills and demonstrable relationship building skills- Excellent analytical and presentation skills- Sound knowledge of Machine Learning techniques, algorithms, statistics- Expert in Python/R/SAS & SQL and hands on experience in Power BI/ Tableau- Knowledge of forecasting techniques - Must have hands on experience in building Credit decisioning models, Loss Forecasting,- Recovery Models and other data science projects,
