Job Description

    * Analyst/Assoc, HR Compensation Specialist, DBS Technology India Responsibilities:
    • Support VP & AVP Rewards in overall Planning & Execution of compensation Budgeting & forecasting; ensuring inputs to relevant finance team & group for country budgeting on compensation
    • Provide Data analytics and insights to help design pieces of compensation programs, resulting in significant and long-term changes to the company s compensation offerings and policies ensuring optimal budget utilization
    • Drive the implementation of group compensation initiatives ensuring appropriate local implementation in the context of global guidelines & RBI regulatory requirements
    • Drive training, education and communication materials for the implementation of global or local compensation programs
    • Own and partner the key reward processes like annual compensation review, variable pay, market benchmarking, sales incentive plan, recognition reward grievances handling etc.
    • Monitor the internal pay ranges, undertake competitive analysis and market trends to provide expert guidance on salary movements and appropriate compensation
    • Serves as a subject matter expert and an advisor to Business HR and recruitment teams as needed in all aspects of compensation design planning and administration processes and counselling on various aspects of compensation
    • Drive resolution of compensation issues and independently makes recommendation for optimal solutions in situations where issue is not complex, and for complex issues, seek support from VP & AVP Rewards
    • Driving Market intelligence initiatives
    Requirements:
    • MBA or equivalent
    • Certification Compensation professional will be preferred
    • 4 to 8 years working experience in Rewards function is preferred.
    • Strong excel skills is required
