Job Description

    Want to be a part of our team The Engineering function is responsible for all engineering activities within the firm to ensure that business objectives are met. Includes the creation, development, design, and improvement of products, equipment, facilities, services, standards, and procedures in all engineering fields.The primary responsibility of this job is to ensure the growth of the organizations technology portfolio through concept/idea formulation and prototype development in line with the business strategy, requirement, and specifications. These individuals participate in the evolution and development of new innovative architectures and methods to maintain, upgrade, replace and improve the long-term performance of the existing architectures. They will be required to interact with development teams, Project Managers and Business Analysts and create and/or translate business requirements into executable plans.Working at NTTSecond level support focused on Incident, Monitoring alerts and Problem ResolutionAct as an escalation point to level 1 TSRsResponsible for resolving or escalating incidents in a timely mannerAttempt to identify what the underlying causes of issues within the infrastructure of a system and how to resolve themAnalysts own resolution from start to finishAct as Remote Desk Side techniciansRemains on the forefront of emerging industry practices and technologies.Fix problems (workstation, network, server) using their own skills and troubleshooting ability. Though they have resources (Wiki, Knowledgebase) they are expected to use this as a foundation but to go further, using experience, books, and calls to engineers.Use Decision Analysis and Waterfall Model in software and OS testing.Night shift for first 4 months at least due to training, later rotational shifts.1 to 3 years of working experience on System/server adminIntermediate understanding of Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, DFS.Basic understanding to Networking concepts and troubleshooting experience is a plus.Perform Event log data harvesting, task manager analyses, advanced command line, basic windows cleanup procedures, MMC services console managementWhat will make you a good fit for the role What will make you a good fit for the role Seasoned and experienced professionalHas full understanding of specialisation areaResolves wide range of issues in creative waysFully qualified, career level, career journey-orientatedUses good judgement in selecting tools and methods to solve problemsNetworks with senior internal and external people in own area of expertiseReceives little instruction on day-to-day work, receives general instructions on new assignmentsAcademic Qualifications and Certifications:Typically requires extensive related experience with a bachelors or equivalent degreeRelevant Certification beneficial,
