Job Description

Company : A Consumer Products Company Position : KAM (Modern Trade & General Trade)Location : Delhi, Mumbai, HyderabadProduct Range : 100% plant based, Gluten free, Lactose free, high in proteins, fiber, calcium, potassium, iron, and vitamin rich products.Key Responsibilities :- List and place the products in modern retail format stores and key outlets to ensure and exceed the target.- Launch new products in high potential outlets of assigned cities (MT/ Key outlets)- Develop and maintain an efficient new channel distribution network to ensure the comprehensive availability of products across the key outlets.- Recruit, manage, train and motivate the sales team to achieve or exceed the sales targets.- Collect customer and market feedback and report the same to the organization with insights.- Monitor account wise performance, analyze sales data, forecast periodically and report details to the sales head.- Conduct and execute the sales promotion activities in the market place to increase product off takes.Competencies and Skills Required :Since team management and sales target achievement are the most important responsibilities of a Key Account Manager, we will look for the following competencies in a candidate:- Excellent communication skills- Ability to manage teams & meet targets- Strong interpersonal skills- Problem solving skills,
