Title: SAP S/4HANA Solution Expert (PS, PM, MM, Asset Management) for Oil & Gas domainPosition Overview: We are seeking a highly skilled SAP S/4HANA Solution Expert with extensive knowledge in Project Systems (PS), Plant Maintenance (PM), Materials Management (MM), and Asset Management modules. The ideal candidate shall have extensive experience in implementing and managing S/4HANA solution for customers in the Oil & Gas domain. Candidate shall also have knowledge and familiarity with other associated modules like SAP EPPM, SAP FI-CO, EHS, QM etc Familiarity with the periodic maintenance processes for Oil & Gas plants and refineries will be a big plus. The candidate should also have product development experience with ideating, architecting and driving the development of extension applications for SAP S/4HANA applications on SAP BTP. The candidate should have experience working with demanding customers across the various phases of a product life cycle. Candidate should have worked in projects using Agile methodology and must have experience drafting user stories, conducting grooming sessions and collaboratively working with multiple stake holdersThe ideal candidate will also possess expertise in extension product development using SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP). This role is crucial to ensuring the effective implementation, optimization, and continuous improvement of our SAP S/4HANA environment.Key Responsibilities: SAP S/4HANA Expertise: Lead and participate in the design, configuration, and implementation of SAP S/4HANA solutions, focusing on PS, PM and MM modules. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, design solutions, and provide expert guidance on best practices. Perform Fit-Gap analysis and map customer requirement to S/4HANA product functionalities as well as identify custom development needs Module Specific Knowledge: Provide subject matter expertise in PS, PM and MM areas, including but not limited to resource planning, project management, equipment maintenance, procurement, and inventory management. Knowledge and familiarity with other associated modules like SAP EPPM, SAP FI-CO, EHS, QM etc Should have experience with at least 2 full life cycle implementations of SAP S/4HANA for large utilities or oil & gas customers Familiarity with the periodic maintenance processes for Oil & Gas plants and refineries Based on customer requirement, orchestrate business processes leveraging standard out of the box features of SAP S/4HANA as well as define process extensions that can be developed using SAP BTP platform Keep up-to-date with the latest SAP S/4HANA releases and recommend innovative solutions to address business needs. Product Development: Strong understanding of product management principles End to end product development experience from requirement definition to end user training Ability to develop a product roadmap with clearly defined product features Ability to drive the feature design and development in accordance with the product roadmap Ability to collaborate and work with cross functional teams in an agile development environment Identify custom extension requirements based on product gaps to extend the functionality of the SAP S/4HANA system. Work closely with development teams to create and maintain custom applications, ensuring seamless integration with the SAP landscape. Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process optimization and process improvements within SAP S/4HANA and on SAP BTP , with a focus on efficiency and cost reduction. Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement system enhancements, including automation and reporting solutions. Documentation and Training: Maintain solution design and configuration artefacts Create and maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and extensions. Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal teams to ensure effective system utilization. Contribute to product documentation and end user documentation Customer and Team Management Ability to lead a cross functional team of SAP S/4HANA consultants to ensure timely delivery of fit-gap analysis, user stories, design documents, system configuration artefacts etc Set up processes and procedures to ensure the quality and timeliness of delivery of the SAP S/4HANA functional team Have regular cadence with customer to identify product needs, explain our solution design, incorporate customer feedback Conduct regular product demos and gather feedback from customers and other stakeholdersQualifications: Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field (Masters preferred). Extensive experience (5 years) in SAP S/4HANA implementation and configuration, with a focus on PS, PM, MM, and Asset Management modules. Proficiency in SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP) and extension product development. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
