Job Description

    We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Full Stack Java Senior Developer to join US custody Agile team.We are looking for candidates to be part of core agile delivery team member on a variety of software development and integration project with good Java technology experience and Client server technology. Candidate must be proficient in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST Web services, Oracle, Messaging, KAFKA.As an Application Developer lead within Securities Services Technology, you will provide high quality technology solutions that address business needs by designing and development of business process applications under Global Custody applications within mature Java technology environments. You will utilize tools: SonarQube, Test sight, Bitbucket and Blaze meter, adhere to coding/testing standards and procedures.Job responsibilities
    • Provides guidance to immediate team of software engineers on daily tasks and activities
    • Sets the overall guidance and expectations for team output, practices, and collaboration
    • Anticipates dependencies with other teams to deliver products and applications in line with business requirements
    • Manages stakeholder relationships and the team s work in accordance with compliance standards, service level agreements, and business requirements
    • Creates a culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respect for the team members and prioritizes diverse representation
    Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Experience leading technology projects
    • Candidate must be proficient in Core Java, Spring, Spring Boot, REST Web services, Oracle, Messaging, KAFKA.
    • Proficient in automation and continuous delivery methods
    • Knowledge on Cloud technologies AWS or GKP, Cloud native databases like PostgreSQL is good to have
    • Advanced understanding of agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency, and Security
    • In-depth knowledge of the financial services industry and their IT systems
    • Formal training, or certification on software engineering concepts and 5 years applied experience. In addition, demonstrated coaching and mentoring experience
    Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
    • Practical cloud native experience
