Job Description

    • Performs day-to-day functions in support of Relocation, Tax Compliance and Immigration.
    • Coordinates with HR, Talent Acquisition, Assignees and Business Area Managers to ensure proper documentation, visas, work permits, etc. are in place as well as relocation logistics for assignments and transfers.
    • Works with other Global Mobility and payroll team members around the world to identify issues and risk areas, and to provide creative solutions, and ensure appropriate follow-up.
    • Supports administrative and project work in other areas of the department, as needed.
    • Performs work independently within scope of established guidelines and practices. Consults with manager where clarification or exception to corporate policy may be required.
    Acts as contact to regional HR professionals, Business Management, and employees on mobility issues and procedures;,
