  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1- Handling the day to day production issues 2- Handling the calls with the business users 3- Gathering the requirements from the business users/BPM 4- Monitoring the tickets ques and managing the same within the SLAs
      • Technical Experience : 1- Hands on experience in process chains/jobs/selection profiles setup is must 2- Complete knowledge on the SNP planning run its relevant Master data , ECC APO integration 3- End to end understanding about deployment optimizer is must Should have idea about deployment optimizer profiles, cost profiles, SNP profiles and its various usages 4- Recommended to have knowledge about GATP concepts, substitutions, and to some extent of sales orders/delivery process
      • Professional Attributes : Good Communication skill
      • Educational Qualification : graduation/masters
    • Additional Information : Experience on DP data loads, Proportional factors, realignments, info cubes, info packages
