We develop technology that enables popular gaming brands to grow and offer a great digital experience to all our users.Key job responsibilities Talent Acquisition Team is seeking a Recruiting Operations Senior Manager to perform various enablement s for success of TA Team. This role will have a track record of flawless execution; continuous improvement of large service operations, tools, and processes. In this role you will be responsible to

  • Lead newly built recruiting sourcing team that works on talent pipelining
  • Lead recruiting branding activities to make an exceptional reach of Ivy to potential candidates
  • Lead Leadership hiring initiatives
  • Lead diversity & inclusive strategies (ex: women career returners)
  • Lead candidate experience initiatives (ex: Pre & Post offer engagement activities)
  • Lead digitization, Identify and mitigate risks, and remove roadblocks within projects
  • Handle paperwork MSA, contracts and offer management processes
  • Influence stakeholders outside your direct area of responsibility to ensure project execution
  • Work with the internal recruiting team to help enhance their recruiting capability, improve performance and motivation
  • Strong Data & Metrics mindset
Basic Qualifications
  • 10+ years of experience in areas mentioned above:
  • Experience in leading sourcing teams, Leadership hiring, involved in strategic initiatives that enabled recruiting function to perform better job
  • 5+ years of experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams
  • Educated to degree level.
  • Self-starter, strong drive, bias for action and result oriented.
  • Works effectively as part of a global team, possessing strong analytical and problem solving skills, can flourish handling multiple tasks, workload, changing priorities, and tight deadlines.
  • Great organizational skills with exceptional follow through and attention to detail.
  • Enthusiastic team player with a strong drive to create a positive work environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communications skills - able to interface with all levels of the organization, specific strength in influencing decision makers and managing expectations.
