Job Description

    Roles and Responsibilities: Profit and Loss Management of the project. SLA and KPI management for the account and always being on green. Client Management Hire to Retire management of over 100 Resource including Performance, Motivational as well as aspirational Management. Optimisation of the processes with an objective of cost saving benefit for the client, increased profitability for the organisation as well as to ensure best in class customer service/experience towards the end customer. Optimisation of the technological capabilities for the organisation and client in advance of business. Co-ordinate with the support function of the organisation such as Human Resource, Risk, Legal, Business Continuity, Transition, Transformation, Internal Finance and Local Admin to deliver the service as well as the organisational level objectives/initiatives Graduate and above.
