Job requires professional experience, solid knowledge of payroll system, payroll process, close reports, reconciliation processes, federal, state and local taxation, banking activities, benefit policies and Key resource for SOX and audit requests. Reconciliation routines and generate and review payroll reporting and Involved in projects impacting SAP HR system. Attend critical issues with a sense of emergency, follow up on tickets and employee requirements that affects employees payments and Special attention to exempt states that requires immediate attention, like California. Support other Payroll Operations and Services responsibilities as required. Review and analyze daily error report generated after SAP indicative data interface to payroll system. Review audit reports (terminations, new hires, transfers, rehires) and Assist in reconciliation of Sox reports between Global SAP HR system to payroll system. Review, balance and load SAP one-time payments and recurring payments interface into payroll system. Involved in projects impacting SAP HR system. ADP Reporting tools and large-scale HR, payroll and tax reporting systems such as SAP. advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel; Excellent interpersonal skills to support processes within team and with key divisional finance and vendor organizations to resolve issues; strong analytical, communication and problem solving skills. Technological skill Experience using Enterprise Resources Planning software, which allows businesses to store and manage data from different stages of the business. Certified Payroll Professional designation or equivalent experience preferred. Ability to represent company positions in response to Leadership inquiries, Vendor inquiries, Federal State and Local payroll withholding and reporting inquiries, and audit. Solid knowledge of HR processes, tools, benefit plans, tax withholding and reporting requirements and Accurate and timely processing of payroll results.
