    • Execute the synthetic route for the target molecules under the supervision of Lab head
    • Clear knowledge in setting up chemical reactions independently, different purification techniques and characterization of compounds by NMR, HPLC and LCMS
    • Handling of moisture sensitive and pyrophoric reagents and reactions
    • Perform troubleshooting in synthetic challenges
    • Maintain LNB for every experiment in timely manner. Clearly include critical observation and conclusion from every experiment.
    • Should capable of handling multiple reactions parallel.
    • Knowledge of literature search and retrieving experimental details from journals and patents
    • Follow all laboratory safety protocol
    • Candidate should have a clear understanding of MSDS(Material Safety Data Sheet) of the chemicals,
    • Knowledge of IP confidentiality and data integrity is a Must.
    Job Description Phd:
    • Independently manage both FTE and FFS projects and is accountable for the success of these projects
    • Responsible for optimal utilization of resources in the specific project team
    • Guide team members to resolve any synthetic difficulty in efficiently.
    • Manages Customer Relationship through weekly project status update
    • Expert knowledge of medicinal chemistry, parallel chemistry, Structure Based Drug Design (SBDD).
    • Good knowledge in characterization of compounds by different analytical techniques
    • Good knowledge of literature search and retrieving experimental details from journals and patents
    • Ensure all project members are completing LNB in timely manner
    • Maintain all laboratory safety protocol and ensures that all project members are practicing lab safety
    • Candidate should have a clear Knowledge of IP confidentiality and data integrity is a Must.
