  • Job Requirements :
      • Key Responsibilities : 1 Maintain responsibility for enterprise IT monitoring capabilities, Monitoring of the availability and performance of systems at both the infrastructure and application levels 2 Perform daily support for any monitoring related queries -Incident request ticket handling as well as follow-ups on all monitoring aspects 3 Event Management processes including managing monitoring applications that monitor infrastructure services and applications in high-availability production environments
      • Technical Experience : 1 Skilled in enterprise tools Zabbix and Splunk 2 Knowledge in implementing or supporting any monitoring tools 3 Good knowledge on Wintel or Unix or Linux technology 4 Technically inclined and has interest or passion for infrastructure monitoring 5 Ability to perform cross-functional collaboration with other technical teams, vendors, field technicians, to address specific outages or issues 6 Good understanding of ITIL methodologies and apply them in Day to day operations
      • Professional Attributes : 1 Able to prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment 2 Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment 3 Should be able to initial level of trouble shootings 4 Flexible to work in 24/7 environment
