Job Description

Dear Candidate,We TATA AIG General Insurance Company has requirement for Voice Sales Process.No Of vacancies - 25* This is a Work From OfficeThis position is based out of call center.Person will be responsible for taking outbound calls on response based campaignsExample:If customer has shown interest on Social media/Google etc. for buying various General Insurance products then these leads will be routed to call center executives. He/She will call the customer and explain about the details of the product accordingly. He/She will close the sale by taking necessary details. He/She will be responsible to clarify all doubts and queries of the customers considering all parameters, as per our quality guidelines.Key Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Conversion of leads.
  • Responsible for Target on up gradation / cross sell
  • Responsible for quality of business he/she is sourcing
  • Person will have target on reference & cross sell.
  • Person will be accountable for control on cancellation/active business month on month.
The incumbent is responsible for Accurate & timely generation of Daily / Weekly / Monthly reports.Candidate Requirements:
  • Minimum 1-2 years GI or Similar experience
  • Understanding of CRM, Dialer, LMS and other relevant technology
  • Strong Communication Skills (Hindi/English/Regional language will be added advantage)
  • Candidates from GI companies & from cross selling experience are preferred.
  • Graduation / Under Graduates with relevant experience are welcomed.
Skills Required & Competencies Evaluated
  • Good Communication Skills (English & Hindi)
  • Good computer Knowledge.
  • Good Convincing Skills.
  • Never give up attitude.
