Job Description

    Zonal Head with Health Tech Unicorn We are Hiring for Zonal Head with Health Tech Unicorn for Bhubaneshwar, Interested candidate can share their updated resume.PFB the details :Location : Bhubaneshwar6 days working, Monday to Saturday1) In the designated role as Zonal Head, the candidate would be required to lead the management and execution of the business, both at the strategic and operational level. .2)Lead the management business in the zone across multiple units at a strategic and operational level3) Supervise, coordinate and monitor all operational responsibilities of sales and distribution i.e. sales, logistics, warehouse operations, depot management4) To engage and handle all the key stakeholders in the zone across the regulatory spectrum, investors, promoters and competition5) Responsible for the annual budget and financial performance across units and ownership of the P&L of the zone6) Responsible for technology implementation and creating seamless information flow across the organization the responsibility of reporting across all metrics to the board of the company7) To lead and engage with the human resources of the zone with responsibility of their recruitment, training and retentionKPIs :1. Financial Performance : Revenue, Gross Margins, EBITDA, Working Capital2. Operational Metrics : Sales Coverage, Asset Turnover, Logistics TAT3. Stakeholder Management : Investor Management, Human Resource Retention, Regulatory Compliances.4.
