  • Responsible for counseling the patient as per the prescription and making bills accordingly.
  • Receive all prescriptions/credit letters. Read the prescription and cross check with the name.
  • Counsel the patients about the tests and inform TAT of all investigations and cost involved
  • Hand over patient to PRE for detailed counseling about criteria / preparation for tests like CT ,
  • MRI , Ultrasound etc.
  • To do correct billing of required investigations only after counseling.
  • Correct Entry of patient data at the time of registration
  • To be aware of regular and special investigations which are out sourced and TAT of all
  • investigations accordingly.
  • To have complete knowledge about policies and procedures of diagnostics billing. Ex: Discount
  • policy, etc.
  • Proper cash handling/handover/takeover
  • Ensure correct billing To provide required information to patient queries.
