Job Description

Are you ready to make an impact on HR Service Delivery in EMEA and APAC In this role, you will become a part of the leadership team for Global HR Operations, responsible for driving the performance of a team of HR Advisors, and truly owning the delivery of global HR Operations for these regions.This is a fast-paced, constantly evolving environment where you will be able to

  • build a high performing HR Operations team
  • support the team to manage a high volume of tickets in ServiceNow
  • manage escalations with a solutions-focused approach
  • form relationships with key stakeholders
  • align and streamline processes to prepare for a new HR system (Oracle)
QualificationsAs a customer-focused leader, you will have:
  • Significant experience gained in HR Operations at a management level (5-10 Years)
  • Exposure to HR processes across the full employee life cycle
  • A track record of exceptional customer experience
  • Performance management experience, with the ability to encourage the growth of the team, and drive them to meet key objectives
  • Advanced HR systems knowledge in case management and HCM
  • A degree in Human Resources.
