Location: Madhapur, Hyderabad Job Type: Full Time Managing BPO/KPO projects in E-publishing, Content Solutions, Media, Telecom, and others. Handling of Onsite and Off-shore transition following the Transition methodology and processes. Business report documentation, process mapping, process improvement through lean and continual improvement. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Ensure that all projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget. Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Perform risk management to minimize project risks. Establish and maintain relationships with clients and third parties/vendors. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation. Scheduling assignments to achieve the pre- set goals within time, quality & cost parameters. Adhering to business performance matrices to extract optimum performance in terms of quality and quantity. Documenting reports from time-to-time for the purpose of submission to top management for strategic decision-making; tracking variations in terms of operational variables, conducting Quality Checks of all reports. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques. Mentoring, motivating & managing the team members thereby attaining business growth. Job Specification: Postgraduates/ Engineers with 5 10 years of industry experience. Proven working experience as a project manager in E-publishing. Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
