Job Description

Job Title: Senior Technical Recruiter (US Staffing)Location: Hi-Tech City, Hyderabad (No Remote Work) Job Profile: (Skills Required)

  • At least 5 +Yrs of experience in US Staffing.
  • Managing a team of recruiters to handle recruitment activities of US Staffing.
  • Helping & guiding the team to achieve objectives and keep them motivated.
  • Liaising with the technical managers to enable correct resource delivery
  • Responsible and Accountable for the quality delivery and meeting all the requirements within the given SLA.
  • Generate MIS Reports of Requirement status and help the Management to know whether the recruitment is done within the given SLA.
  • Generation of various reports with regard to the recruitment Analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills with complete understanding of the US Staffing processes
  • Excellent sourcing, screening and negotiation skills.
  • Proficient with job boards, postings & searching skills.
  • Ability to manage requirements coming from multiple streams and fulfilling them by working with sales team and recruitment team.
  • Clear understanding of US Work Authorizations, benefits, compensation, employment types and terms like OPT, CPT, OPT, EAD, H1B, GC, Citizens, 1099, Corp to Corp, Con to Hire, W2 (Hourly/Annual), W2 with Per-Diem.
  • Exposure to US Immigration process (H1-B and Green Card) is a must.
  • Recruitments handling in the areas of ERP, CRM, Microsoft & other Technologies.
