Should have an ability to effectively communicate technical concepts within the team, and is able to work individually or as part of a team to achieve project goals.Primary Skills:

  • 4-7 years of experience in the IT industry.
  • Cold Calling, Social Selling (Linkedin), Secondary Research, and Excellent Oral, Verbal, and Written communication skills.
  • Proven inside sales experience, Lead Generation through cold calling (Major), Social Selling (Major) & email marketing (Minor) in space of IT services preferably in SAP, Oracle, Microsoft, IMS and Digital Transformation technologies, having knowledge on market research tools and techniques is an additional advantage.
  • Strong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per day.
  • Track record of over-achieving quota
Desirable Skills:
  • Experienced, knowledgeable, moldable, fluent, dynamic, and target-driven professionals for outbound calling and social selling. The experience should at least be 3-7 years.
Responsibilities:
  • Identifying IT decision makers in the given Database and setting up appointments/meetings with them.
  • To generate leads through Calling, Email, and Social Media by leveraging platforms like Linkedin, etc.
  • Send E-Mails to customer database to ensure lead generation.
  • Create, execute and follow up with the prospects on regular basis, and maintain a good pipeline in the assigned territory/geography.
  • Work under pressure in a fast-paced environment with minimum monitoring.
  • Flexible to work in any time zone (including night shifts)
