Job Description

  • Manager of all sales and market development in replacement market in assigned territory. Responsibility of all after sales functions for replacement market for the specified territory.
  • Develop maintain the dealer network for PLT replacement sales.
  • Achieve sales and collection targets in line with organizations business plans.
  • Develop and maintain reliable and efficient business relations between Continental Tires and PLT dealers.
  • Contribution to the development of area specific sales strategy, in line with the national sales strategy.
  • Develop new business areas and explore business opportunity.
  • Involvement in planning of Marketing activities and support in execution thereof.
  • Assist in analyzing main competition using tools as SWOT analysis.
  • Co-ordination with various departments e.g. Marketing, MDM, CS and
  • Credit Mgmt. for ensuring services to the region. Managing receivables (OD, Exposure and Credit Limits)
  • Proper Communication of relevant Company policies to dealers.
  • Cooperate and manage with Technical Customer Service in order to adjust customer claims and improve product performance.
  • To assist continuously in optimization of price lists
  • To collect and report all relevant market information, as well as new trends.
Qualifications
  • Univ Degree in Marketing / Management, Degree in Engineering
  • Minimum 2-5 years experience in replacement sales management function
  • Knowledge of PLT replacement business, its market dynamics.
