Job Description

    Job Purpose: We are looking for a Back office Executive (Delivery) having a firm grip on the transactions pertaining to the Exchange Market.Responsibilities:Selected Executives job responsibilities (include, But Not Limited To The Following)
    1. Keeping up the track and records of release of the shares.
    2. Documentation related to the Exchange affairs.
    3. Should have a strong know how of all the files being uploaded in Exchange as well as Central Depository.
    Requisite Skills:
      • Settlement Operation (Pay in and Pay-Out)
      • Credit (Payout)
      • Watch member portal for margin utilization (nse & nsefno)
      • File upload for payin both segment
      • File upload fno margin a/c
      • Mutual fund rate update file
      • Fno segment charges (Daily process)
      • File upload for easiest software nse segment
      • Auction billing for NSE segment
      • Auction Closeout:-
      • Pledge of shares nse, nse fno & Icici bank
      • Holding reconciliation for margin a/c
      • Dividend Distributions- BSE,NSE, F&O
      • Quarterly settlement payout both segment
      • Check margin a/c holding sold both segment share release & transfer
      • Settlement reconciliation for next day pay-in or pay-out
      • PAY-OUT(BSE/NSE)
      • Ben to Market charges both segment
    Mandatory:Thorough knowledge of Share market/ Broking House/ Advisory
