JOB DESCRIPTION Site Engineer for Colony Infrastructure Land DevelopmentWe are looking for a well-organized site engineer with strong leadership skills to join our growing team.The site engineers responsibilities include managing different parts of construction projects, supervising crew members, preparing estimates for time and material costs, completing quality assurance, observing health and safety standards, and compiling reports for different stakeholders. You should be able to work alongside various professionals and create work schedules that meet deadlines.Site EngineerResponsibilities:Interpretation, arrangement, filling, documenting and studying of all activity drawings (Structural, Electrical, Layout, Plumbing, Plantation,etc)Preparing BOQ and Quantity Estimation for all the activities.Preparing Bar Bending Schedule (BBS) for all the activities requiring steel reinforcement.Labor Management (Allocating Work, Weekly Labor Bill, Daily progress, etc) Contractor Management (Current set of team, bringing in new contractors on board, understanding their daily requirements)Quality Check sheet to be made by the incharge (weekly and monthly basis) Billing of site activities on excel and autocad Supervision of Construction Work Preparing Schedule of Material (Required, Used and Available) Material requirement management report (scheduling material), on site material and in store material to be governed and updated daily on WhatsApp group. Plotting Line and Level on Construction Site (RTL and Other levels)Preparing Work Chart Schedule and Planning for timely completion of projects Checking Steel Work of Slab, Beam, & Column Before Concreting Machinery Management Any sort of mechanical or electrical problem at site to be taken care of by the engineer and their site team.Checking & Arranging Equipment Before Concreting Work Starts Supervision Of The Curing Process of every concrete structure specially Roads, Boundary wall Keeping Note of Each and Every Casting Work in your registry. Daily reporting of work along with DPR, inward, outward and material requirement sheets to be checked and followed up by the person.Timely completion of a project is of utmost importance and performance bonus will be driven on the basis of completion. Planning of site with updates on individual structures to be planned (daily, weekly and monthly basis).Daily Reporting and Communicating Site activities 5 times to Sir on priority basis failing to which result in deduction in performance bonus. Contributing to improved organizational effectiveness by acting ethically, honestly and with fairness.Auto cad working, Auto level, knowledge about machineries, local labor team, local contractors team. Multitasking to watch over different teams and activities at the same time Activities to be carried out:The person should have complete understanding and hands-on experience of the following activities which are carried out at the project site: RCC road Work (from Excavation, Murram filling, GSB bed, DLC to PQC layer)Boundary Wall Water Supply network: Drainage Line, Storm Line and Water Line STP: Sewage Treatment Plant OHT: Overhead Tank with sizes varying from 1KL to 5KL Sump well Tank and recharge pits Landscaping / Gardening:from RCC Structure, Electrical, Plumbing, plantation and road side plant belt development Plot & Garden beams Chambers : Storm chambers and drainage chambers Paver Blocks and Road Shoulder completion Main Gate & Site Gate and its Fabrication workWork Timings: 8:30 am sharp reportingSalary Per month: Basis Experience (can vary from 20hidden_mobile0 pm)Location: Indore Experience: Should have worked as a civil engineer in a residential colony for at least 5 years.Employment Type : Full Time Permanent Industry Type : Engineering & Construction Mandatory Requirements : Vehicle (Bike)
