Roles and Responsibilities:Designing, developing, delivering and coordinating technical training for technical persons across the sites.Developing SME for their area of expertise and other skill sets like auditing and training.Learning Management System (LMS) administration for the site.Aseptic/Inject-able Production Training.Training Curriculum and Job Description. Leading and guiding the training team to Design and deliver appropriate and relevant GxP compliance training.Identifying training needs for different levels of employees. To monitor the training need identification, training records, effectiveness of training and department training manual.Preparation of new Training Materials/ Modules as when required.To Impart the Training on New and revised Training Modules.Must Required:1. Experience from sterile/inject-able/parentral background only.2. Experience of isolators will be an advantage.PLEASE DONT APPLY WHOM EXPERIENCE IS FROM OSD/TABLET/CAPSULE BACKGROUND.,
