Job Description

One Point Contact for all Technical Issues faced in (sales automation) app Updation of New Joinee information in app ( FDO, TM ) along with Route Map Deactivation of FDOs in app as per team mail and maintaining MIS data on monthly basis Sharing FDO Attendance Report on a daily Basis Weekly and Monthly and YTD Reporting (Farmer Meeting, Demo Creation, Farmer Profile) to Marketing Team Following up with team every 2nd and 4th Saturday of the month for updation of inventory in app and sharing report to marketing team FDO wise. Updation of information related to New Products and New Dealers in app Co-ordination with vendor team for improvement to apps and data correction. Vendor Invoice Payment process Arrange appointment letters for new joinees in FDO cadre through agency Arrange for FDO Salary Processing through agency as per attendance data in app Arrange for FDO Salary Slip if asked/required Payment of invoices of agency through accounts team after checked has been made,
