Job Description

    Overview:We are seeking a dynamic HR Manager with a unique blend of experience in both Operations and Talent Acquisition within the US Staffing industry. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing HR operations efficiently while also driving talent acquisition strategies to ensure the acquisition of top-tier talent. This position requires a strategic thinker who can effectively balance operational responsibilities with proactive talent sourcing and recruitment efforts.Key Responsibilities:Operations (50%): Oversee day-to-day HR operations, including but not limited to employee relations, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and policy implementation. Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Manage employee onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth transition for all employees. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address operational challenges. and streamline processes for efficiency. Maintain accurate HR records and data, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with privacy regulations.Talent Acquisition (50%): Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies to attract, assess, and hire qualified candidates for various positions within the organization. Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment plans. Utilize various sourcing techniques, including job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals, to build a robust talent pipeline. Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and facilitate the selection process to ensure the hiring of top-tier talent. Build and maintain relationships with external recruiting agencies, universities, and professional organizations to expand the talent pool. Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and innovative recruitment strategies to continuously improve talent acquisition efforts.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Masters degree preferred. Proven experience (5 years) in HR management, with a focus on both Operations and Talent Acquisition. Prior experience in the US Staffing industry is highly desirable. Strong understanding of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills. Ability to multitask, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in HRIS, ATS, and other relevant HR software applications. SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP certification is a plus,
