Job Description

    Lead DesignerJob DescriptionCurrently requires the candidate to work at Indore. But must be flexible to shift to Banglore once Covid scenario permits.Roles and Responsibilities:The lead designer will be responsible for UI/ UX on application and web site. This includes:Developing wireframes and task flows based on business needs.Conducting user research and testing.Collaborating with developers to create intuitive, user-friendly experience through UI of app and webpage.Combine interfaces and workflows to enhance user experience.Objective of this position:-Understand product specifications and user psychology-Work with business and product / tech to understand roadmap as well as contribute to companysfuture launch propositions-Conduct concept and usability testing and gather feedback-Create personas through user research and data-Define the right interaction model and evaluate its success-Develop wireframes and prototypes around customer needs-Find creative ways to solve UX problems (e.g. usability, findability)-Create unique and user friendly attractive designs-Communicate design ideas and prototypes to developers-Keep abreast of competitor products and industry trends-Collaborate with marketing teams to drive consumer engagement with better creative designs approach in line with brand imageSkills and Qualifications:-Proven experience as a UX Designer, UI Designer or similar role-Strong portfolio of design projects and background in project management and research-Familiarity with interaction design and information architecture-Proficient in design and sharing software (e.g. UXPin, Balsamiq,Adobe XD,Figma)-Knowledge of HTML/CSS; JavaScript is a plus-Problem-solving aptitude-Analytical mind with a business acumen-Excellent communication skills-BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering or a related field.-Experience minimum 4 years
