    Managing entire Welfare Management & Medi Claim for Workmen of Hm2G & General Canteen for all Employees of HM2G to ensure harmonious Employee Relations in plant.Key Responsibilities
    • Manage MediClaim for Workmen of HM2G to ensure process are streamlined and no issues arise
    • Manage General Canteen for HM2G to ensure smooth functioning for timely service with best quality and hygiene standards
    • Plan and organise welfare activities for HM2G focussing on workmen to ensure that workmen are motivated and energised
    • Gather, organise and analyse data related to welfare + canteen + Mediclaim.
