Job Description

    DearExperience: -2 to five years in Automotive/Industrial/Aerospace products/Defense sector. Must be energetic, well-spoken, and eager to add new suppliers. Proven experience as HR officer, administrator or other HR position. Knowledge of HR functions (pay & benefits, recruitment, training & development etc.).Understanding of labor laws and disciplinary procedures. Proficient in MS Office; knowledge of HRMS is a plus. Outstanding organizational and time-management abilitiesAge: -Below 35 years; CTC up to 5 L INRQualification: -B Com/BA/B SC, BE], MBA [in HR from reputed University]-1) Monitoring staff performance, time office, and attendance.2) Advising line managers and other employees on employment law and the employers own employment policies and procedures.3) Verifying that candidates have the right to work at the organization and advising on disciplinary, training plan and employee performance problems4) Excellent writing, presentation, and communication skills. People skills and ability to build rapport with external agency and within organization5) Full understanding of HR functions and best practices.
