Use deep technical expertise, business acumen and fluid communication skills, work directly with a client in a trusted advisor relationship to gather requirements to analyze, design and/or implement technology best practice business changes.

        • Key Responsibilities : A Functional and Technical knowledge of Telecom Mediation, rating Charging system B Experience in Call Data Record modifications as per requirements C Experience working in a Linux / Unix environment D Experience working in writing complex SQL queries and shell scripting for troubleshooting, analyzing the issues E Well versed with Telecom Billing and mediation concepts F Working knowledge of SOAP UI and Web Services testing G Ability to deliver quality documentation status reports, bug tracking
        • Technical Experience : A 4 years of experience in technical support of enterprise software applications or products Spoken and written English B Strong knowledge of SQL, PL-SQL C Ability to read Java code D Telecom mediation, charging Application Experience Troubleshooting, configuration,- Integration E Experience working with Telecoms BSS projects F Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, quick learner G Consistently sound level of judgment, professional conduct H Responsibility and focusing on results
        • Professional Attributes : A Good communication and interpersonal skills B Rich experience in Telecommunication Billing C Operations Having deployment experience is an added advantage
