It s our job to be at the forefront of innovation in Financial Services, ensuring FIS is creating the future of Finance. FIS is looking for a Product Analyst role to join our Merchant Solutions division in Indore, India.What you will be doing
  • Serves as the central portfolio liaison for a product portfolio
  • Provide support and are the primary portfolio contact for Product, Delivery and Engineering across their domain
  • Manage Capital allocations per portfolio grouping
  • Conduct portfolio trade-offs and facilitates capital recourse discussions (submits all recourse requests)
  • Manage the Portfolio backlog intake process to ensure that ideas for product innovations can be quickly sized and resourced
  • Assist with resource/capacity planning across domains, proposing creative solutions to any Constraints
  • Conduct ongoing spend analysis to ensure that we remain within a small tolerance of capital Budget
  • Assist with product and business strategy and direction, from concept to delivery
  • Ensure all work meets capital policy requirements and set up/activation of EPICs (for time sheeting)
  • Skillset requirements
  • Master s degree in business administration or Bachelors degree in Engineering or equivalent combination of education, training, or work experience
  • 4-5 years of experience with product-based technology company
  • Product management experience (2-3 years minimum)
  • Experience working in Agile /Scaled agile methodology
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Payment s domain experience in merchant processing in product or program management
  • What you bring:
  • Work exposure to project management tools like Clarity PPM, Rally & Sigma, Miro, SharePoint and Microsoft Teams application
  • Portfolio management process and Project life cycle
  • Effective analytical, problem-solving, interpersonal and time management skills
  • Added bonus if you have:
  • Knowledge of FIS products and services
  • Knowledge of the business goals, objectives and business operations for the appropriate FIS organization
  • Knowledge of Payment industry.
  • Knowledge of basic financial analysis principles and ratios
