Job Description

    We are looking for an analytical, customer-focused team player who will be responsible for understanding and documenting the business requirements and lead the entire product lifecycle from conceptualising to launch. This candidate will also work cross-functionally to complete product roadmaps and discover new opportunities.Responsibilities:
    • Framing product, feature, product mix and pricing strategy basis the customer feedback, competition analysis, data analysis, etc.
    • Identify avenues of process improvement to save upon operational costs or reduce turnaround time for servicing.
    • Builds communicative, constructive and effective relationships throughout the organization including Business team, Operations, IT and Marcom for effective process changes in the time efficient manner.
    • Should be able to deal with new concepts and complexity comfortably. Examines process issues carefully and thoroughly and understands their interdependencies. Can pull information and ideas from many sources and see the importance of many factors.
    • Process, review and interpret data on customer usage patterns to uncover new product insights via extensive customer engagement and validation.
    • Work with engineering, design and marketing teams to plan, build and launch high quality product experiences in line with the overall vision of the company.
    Requirements:CA/MBA/B Tech 5+ years or more working as a Business Analyst/ Product Manager/Process Manager, within Stock Broking/ Fintech domain.Ability to make data driven informed decisions, comfort with extracting and analyzing data to uncover patterns.Deep understanding of Stock broking and empathy for the end user of the product, as well as the BFSI landscape and competing products.Strong written and verbal skills, with the ability to present complex product information in a clear and concise manner to a variety of audiences.A good overall understanding of the product/ process development lifecycle, with focus on user experience and customer delight.Ability to work with teams and work cross-functionally in a highly collaborative environment.
