Job Description

    Position- Project Manager (Projects)Job Location- Indore (HQ) or at Project site (If major project)Job DescriptionHave experience in handling complete project planning, erection and commissionFields related to any of Fertilizer, Cattle feed, DAP, Sulfuric acid or ChemicalHave mechanical and civil (basic) knowledge of projectStatutory clearances related to project and department liasioningEnsure all projects are delivered on time within the stipulated scope and budget.Lead the initiation and planning of a project and ensure technical feasibility.Ensure resource availability and allocation.Develop a detailed plan to monitor and track the progress of the project.Coordinate with internal and external parties for the flawless execution of projects.Measure project performance using appropriate project management tools.Perform risk management analysis to reduce project risks.Create and maintain a comprehensive project documentation.CompetenciesBuilds networksDevelops talentDirects workDrives vision and purposeFinancial acumenManages complexityManages conflictTech savvyValues differencesBusiness insightCandidate Profile:BTech / Mtech (Mechanical or Chemical preferably)Should have 10-15 years of experience in working in project department.Should have experience of working either in fertilizer / Cattle feed industry.Remuneration: (Depend on Experience)
